- No standards for the company

- Pathetic customer service with no response. They never call back or reply to emails.

- Standard answers and apologizes to cover all issues

- Full of Specially trained customer care executives & Supervisors who can only ask apologies without doing anything good for the customers

- They talk about policies and rules only when you ask for refund or compensation for all your losses. They dont have any such policies or standards for delivery of the products, following time lines, providing responses etc.

- Place any order from CBazaar ONLY if you need your items after SEVERAL months. Dont make a mistake by placing orders for any occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. You will NEVER receive it on time and you can use it only for the same occasion which comes again next year.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
